Karen Jo: I really hope that you do get lucky, Herman. I think it was funny that every time I pointed the camera at you, you covered up your chest. I didn't realize that you were self-conscious about your shaved spot. I think you'll get back to eating your sardine again. You probably got used to not having it and didn't save room for it. I am glad to see you eating so much. The vet was very happy about your weight. You have gained one and two-thirds pounds since coming to live with me. You now weigh in at a mancatly 12.4 pounds.

Hi Herman...so sorry you had to have your man-chest shaved!! What a way to make a guy self-conscious!! I would feel the same, too! We hope you feel better soon...do you really like sardines? Hmm. Our Mom NEVER gives us those..should she? We DO get chicken daily..yep...she bakes chicken for us each week and we get some each day! We love chicken...sometimes Mom laughs at me because she says I answer better when she calls out 'chicken' than when she calls my name - Lautrec. Chicken is good so I don't mind being called Chicken (though I know Mom isn't calling me that, she's just announcing that there IS chicken in the kitchen. Sometimes I hear her say Kitchen and I get all excited because I think she is saying chicken, but she's not.) So, Herman, if you want some chicken, come on over...we'll share ours with you...it has special healing powers, too!! Really!
I'm glad you're doing a bit better Herman and that you are somewhat cooperating with your Mom. Keep it up, the medicine is impawtant!
Progress is good! I'm glad to see you are feeling a bit better!
We're glad to see you're making progress and feeling better, Herman. We're so sorry you've been unwell. Sending you lots and lots of healing purrs.
12.6 pounds!!! Herman, you are big. I only weigh half that! I am jsut a little guy.
Your furs are very fluffy and I am sure you are cozy and warm.
I hope you get all better!

Hooray for progress! We bet you'll eat all of your Sardine today!
Cor Herman! 12.5 pounds is very mancatly and it's wonderful that you have put on weight, a really good sign. We are all very glad you are feeling a bit better and being more frisky. That fur will grow back in no time at all :)

Herman, we sure are glad to hear that you are feeling better and eating a little more. I wouldn't worry about your shaved hair. It is a badge of honor from the vet.
Sorry about having your chest shaved but it was all worth it if you feel better! Purring for your return to purfect health!
We're glad your poop puddles are getting smaller! How embarassing that they shaved your chest! Maybe you could go into competitive body building while you wait for it to grow back??

Hope you get better soon...poop puddles are no fun. My Mojo had IBD and we treated some with a product called Culturelle...it's a probiotic. We finally were able to get him cleared, sort of by accident, when we had to go back on the immune suppressants for his severe allergy flair up. He was back to normal poop in about 3 days. I know it can be trying...but hang in there!
Hi Herman, it's nice to meet you!
Taking medicine certainly isn't fun, but we hope it helps you.
Sending you purrs and healing vibes and hoping things improve!

Poor Herman you were also sick ? I say also because my little Rosie was very sick I already thought it was the end, but she recovered nicely now. I hope the same for you anyway the news sound good ! Sorry for your hairless chest, but it will grow again, don't worry !
Herman, we are happy to hear you are feeling better....please continue to get better. We love you and will continue to purr for you. xxxxxxxxxx

That chest fur will be back in no time! Glad you are eating better!
Herman we are so glad you are feeling better! And we totally understand about not wanting to show your shaved chest fur - Floyd was the same way when he had to have his belly shaved.
We hope you keep feeling better and better!! Sending you lots of purrs!!
We are happy ya seem ta be gettin better. Ya must be iffen ya are gainin some weight. Ya may have lost some furs temporarily, but 12.4 pounds is a good mancatly weight!
Hi Herman! Good to know you're eating and feeling like playing! The sun does wonders for making a guy feel better.
Our boy takes a shot of interferon every week (for hepatitus c) and it makes him really sick for 24 hours afterwards. He is about 1/2 way through his treatments.
That chest hair will grow back before you know it, you are totally manly with or without it, you know!
Herman, we're glad you're doing better...and we hope your chest furs grow back soon!!
Aww Herman, not to worry about the fur thing. YOu're still a manly mancat.
You keeps taking your medicines and soon you'll be back to your old self!
